2011 全国肠外肠内营养学术会议论文集 一种新型的纽扣式犬空肠造瘘模型 张波，余震，周锋，谈善军，厉金雷，陈必成，姚建高 温州医学院附属第一医院 【摘要】 目的 建立一种更加优越的空肠造瘘模型，为进一步深入研究肠内营养提供一种更 好的手段。方法 设计纽扣式空肠造瘘管图样，以聚四氟乙烯和聚甲酯材料加工成该造瘘管， 并定制一外径略小于造瘘管内径的双腔导管；以 8 条健康成年毕格犬为实验对象，行术中空 肠内插管术；术后 1 周左右行空肠造影观察造瘘管情况。结果 术后 1 周左右行空肠造影证 明双腔导管始终伸向空肠远端，未发现造影剂返流至十二指肠的现象，8 条实验犬均未出现 肠梗阻症状，且术后造瘘管体外部分均保存完好，至截稿为止，平均保存在 4 个月以上。结 论 该模型的成功建立，旨在为将来进一步深入研究肠内营养提供一种更好的手段，可能使 肠内营养的研究结果更加准确。 【关键词】 纽扣式空肠造瘘管； 模型； 肠内营养； 空肠造影 A new button-typed model of jejunal fistula ZHANG Bo, GUO Hui-fang, XIA Jian-fu,et al. Department of General Surgery, The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College, Wenzhou 325000, China 【Abstract】 Objective To establish a better button-typed model of jejunal fistula,it will provide a better method for further investigating enteral nutrition. Methods We designed a sketch of button-typed jejunal cannula,and then the cannula is made through lathe with teflon and polymethyl methacrylate materials.Meanwhile,we ordered a kind of double lumen catheter whose external diameter is little smaller than the internal diameter of the jejunal cannula;Eight healthy adult beagle dogs were operated with jejunal encheiresis ,and about a week afer the operation jejunal visualization was made to observe the circumstance of the cannula. Results The results of jejunal visualization indicated that double lumen catheter trended to jejunal distal end all the time,and the contrast agent did not flow back into duodenum. The all eight dogs have not been the symptoms of intestinal obstruction.And the external portions of all cannulas remain perfect.Up to now,all the eight dogs live over 4 months on average. Conclusion The success of this model will possiblely provide a better method for further studying enteral nutrition and make the experimental datas more accurate. 【Key words】Button-typed cannula for jejun
