粮食、食用植物油中黄曲霉毒素B
测定方法的探讨

摘 要:本文根据国标薄层色谱法,采用仅是点样滴加样式不同分别测定,并结合酶联免疫法进行定性
测定,相互印证的实验方案,对薄层色谱法薄层板制备与选用、玉米与小麦等成分较复杂样品的
提取方法、点样滴加样式作了研究和改进。总结出了用薄层色谱法测定粮食、食用植物油中黄
曲霉毒素B。时,采用点样滴加样式一点法(样液一点法),具有准确、快捷、安全、经济合理的
特点。
