企业规模和信息化水平协同关系的实证的研究.docVIP

摘 摘  要 要  伴随着信息社会的快速发展，信息技术对企业的影响逐步加深。一方面，大 量的研究表明信息技术已经成为现代企业必须具备的工具；另一方面，企业也已 经认识到进行信息化建设的必要性和重要性，但是面对自身的规模，企业并不清 楚自身需要如何开展信息化建设工作，才能使自身规模与信息化水平达到比较好 的匹配，从而提升企业的竞争力。在这些问题上，已有的研究较少，缺乏在这方 面的理论指导和实证研究。 在企业的成长过程中，自身规模与自身的信息化建设是不断变化着的。伴随 着信息技术在企业的应用与普及，信息化水平与企业规模之间一直保持着一种很 模糊的关系。它们之间到底存在着怎样的关系，如何才能较好的反映这种关系， 并且如何才能达到它们之间最优的数值关系，这些都是撰写本文的初衷，也是本 文研究的主要内容。本文是探索性研究论文，在研究两者的关系过程中，本文首 先提出了研究假设，然后进行定量分析，并根据得出的结果进行了假设检验，同 时认真分析其内在原因。 本文依据国家信息化测评中心公布的企业信息化指标体系及国家统计局等相 关单位对企业规模的最新划分方案，同时对调查问卷进行了整理，并进行了定量 分析，得到两者之间存在相关关系以及协同关系的结论，同时依据协同理论，选 取并定义了其所在系统的序参量，赋予序参量较为贴切的现实意义用于解释，并 给出企业在发展过程中在企业规模与信息化建设两方面的注意事项和指导建议。 关键词：企业规模；信息化水平；协同关系 -I- Abstract Abstract With the development of information society, the impact of information technology on business gradually deepened. On the one hand, a large number of studies have shown that information technology has become a necessary tool for modern business; the other hand, enterprises have realized the necessity and the importance of the information construction, but when faced with the scale of the existing enterprises, they do not clear how their information technology needs in order to make their size and level of information to achieve better Match, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. On these issues, little research has been the lack of theoretical guidance in this area and empirical research.
