中文摘要 论文题目：论中小学师德考核与管理 专业：教育经济与管理  硕士生：邢炜 指导教师：卫建国  签名： 签名：  中文摘要 教师是从事教育教学工作的专职人员，师者德为先。教师的职业道德关系到青少年一代的健 康成长。广大中小学教师需要加强职业道德，以此来进一步提高整个教师群体的职业光荣感和社 会责任感。中小学师德建设是一项系统工程，需要各方力量的综合发挥。 本论文共分为三部分： 第一部分为文章的导论。首先对论文中所涉及到的基本概念做了界定，包括职业道德和教师 职业道德。其次阐述了选题的缘起和意义。时代因素、教师劳动的特殊性、师德建设本身存在的 问题简洁地表明了选题的缘由。第三，概括了相关的研究综述。第四，罗列了本文所采用的主要 研究方法。 第二部分是师德考核与管理现状的简单罗列。 第三部分具体介绍师德建设制度化。师德制度包括师德规范制度与师德保障制度。每位教师 的道德水平不可能完全一样，师德存在层次性，相应的师德规范也具有层次性。另外，师德规范 也涉及到价值性问题。师德培训、师德监督、师德评价共同构成师德保障制度。师德培训要做到 外部培训与教师自我道德教育相结合；师德监督使中小学教师思想和行为符合教师职业道德目 标；师德评价能使教师得到反馈信息，及时地调整自己的行为。 【关键词】师德规范 师德培训 师德监督 师德评价 【论文类型】应用研究 I 山西师范大学学位论文 II 英文摘要 Title: Analysis of the evaluation and the management for primary and secondary school teachers  Major:  Educational Economy and Management  Name: Xing Wei  Signature:  Supervisor:  Wei Jianguo  Signature:  Abstract Teachers are in the teaching profession, Teachers’ ethics is first of all consideration.
