城乡统筹背景下的城乡空间生态建设策略研究 周 秦 （江苏省城市规划设计研究院，江苏南京 210036 ） 摘要：传统生态建设重城市而轻乡村的问题、生态环境 “牵一发而动全身”的特殊属性、城乡统筹发展的要求以 及 “十八大”生态文明的新提法要求城市规划工作者必须在城乡统筹的指导思想下和城乡空间的大尺度下研究生 态建设问题。根据实践经验提出将保障城乡生态环境、提升城乡发展质量、引导城乡科学布局、营造城乡生态特 色作为城乡统筹背景下生态建设的主要任务，并主要从生态指标控制、生态格局构建、生态措施引导、生态特色 营造等四个方面进行深入研究，作为城乡统筹背景下城乡空间生态建设的策略要点。 关键词：城乡规划；城乡统筹；城乡空间；生态建设 Urban and Rural Space Ecological Construction Strategies in the Context of Overall Urban-rural Development ZHOU Qin （Jiangsu Institute of Urban Planning and Design ， Nanjing 210036 ， China ） Abstract: The special attributes of traditional urban ecological construction problem of rural ecological environment affect the situation as a whole, the requirements of urban and rural development and urban planning new formulation of ecological civilization requires planners must study ecological construction under the guiding ideology and to large-scale urban and rural space. According to the practical experience to protect the ecological environment in urban and rural areas, improve the quality of urban and rural development, and guide the layout of urban and rural science to create ecological characteristics in urban and rural areas as the main task of the urban and rural context of ecological construction and control from ecological indicators, ecological pattern construction, ecological measures to guide ecological features to create four-depth research, under the strategy of ecological construction of urban and rural space points as the urban and rural background.
