Since the founding of new China, whether it is the era of the planned economy or market period, industry is the main thrust driving the city development. But during ten years urbanization, in some of cities had the phenomenon of separation of industry and cities, then became dormitory town in new th districts. After the 18 meeting of the Communist Party of China, in the situation of vigorously developing small towns, grasping the characteristics of small towns, following the development of industry and small towns to promote the positive interaction between industry and town, which is worthy of study. This article takes ShouAn Town of PuJiang County in ChengDo City for example, to explore the new mode of construction of small towns.
