New talent demand requires new teaching model integration of professional basic theory and skill dimensionteaching method, to implementthe integratedteaching mode successfully.The keyto carryoutthe integratedteaching mode isto build a double-roleteachers team, who are not only capable of teaching the theory but also can guide the students in practical operation.
