Methods 　Tumor antigen p ep tides from elemenecombo HcaF cell ( H TA ) combined wit h H SP70BCG into H TA H SP70BCG in vit ro . DCs were induced in medium wit h GMCSF and IL4 and p ul sed wit h H TA H SP70BCG , H TA and H SP70BCG , resp ectively . The p roliferation stimulating effect s on unsep a rat ed sp lenocyt es and t he cytoto xicit y of t he sp lenocyt es activat ed wit h DCs were evaluat ed wit h M T T as say . The exp ression of CD40 and CD86 on t he surface of DCs wa s assessed by flow cytomet er .
