The design problem s w ere put forward and som e relative contents were dicussed such as confirm ation of pressure ratio, bearing selection, the structure and m aterial selection, for piston pings and guiding pings, cooling and selection of structure param eter radius length ratio. The results show that piston pings and guiding pings have a higher life after sm aller pressure ratios are selected and radiuslength ratio is taken as 1/6 to 1/7Lubricated w ith lubricating grease in connecting rod heads and spindles, used selflubricatingm aterials tomake piston p ings and guid ing pings, good lubrication effect is realized betw een connect ing rod heads and spindles, rings and cylinders. The lapjoint piston p ings and two rings in a channel realize seal between rings and cylinders. Good colling system reduces temperature and mi proves compressor reliability.
