In view of the above problems, RDXL and report design model based on GEF are proposed, the framework structure and implementation process are designed, and the report design engine system based on this model is achieved. At the same time, the arithmetic of drawing bias and XML files creating are expounded. The system not only supports report design of drag and draw, but also solves the problem of de- signing complex report with bias. And the created X
