Especially, such param eters as the excitation signal frequency, the amplitude and frequency of a signal to bem easured, influences on the spectrum detection of electrophoresis m icrochip are emphatically discussed. The smi ulation results show that the orthogonal vector lock- in amplifier has superiorweak signal detection capability, and it can effectively achievem icrochips electrophoresis signal detection and pick- up.
