·技术与应用· 海河水利2013． No．1 DOI ：10.3969/j.issn.1004-7328.2013.01.018 海河流域平原区降雨产流模型研究 张建中，王白陆 （海河水利委员会科技咨询 中心，天津 300170） 摘 要：通过对海河流域平原 区降雨产流机理进行研究 ，得 出耕地灌溉率提 高、地下水埋深增加是影响平原 区产流的 主要下垫面要素。根据下垫面要素的变化特点 ，建立 了模拟地下水埋深变化和灌溉耕地产流特点的蓄满-超渗产流 水文模型 。并通过在海河平原的大清河山前平原、大清河中部平原、黑龙港 中部平原 3 个类型 区 7 个田块的灌溉入渗 实验 ，分析给 出了产流模型 的重要参数———耕作层下层稳定入渗率。模型在牤牛河等 7 个典型流域进行应 用，均得到 较 高的模拟精度 。 关键词：平原 区；灌溉耕地；地下水埋深 ；蓄满-超渗产流 + ； 中图分类号：TV121 .1 P333 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1004-7328 （2013）01-0050-04 Study on the Rainfall-Runoff Model in the Plain Area of Haihe River Basin ZHANG Jian-zhong ， WANG Bai-lu （Haihe Water Resources Committee of Ministry of Water Resources ，Tianjin 300170 ， China ） Abstract: The improving of irrigation rate and increasing of groundwater depth is the main elements of underlying surface to influence runoff ， through studying on the rainfall-runoff mechanism in plain area of Haihe river basin. The excess storage- excess infiltration runoff model ， which can simulate the change of groundwater depth and response the characteristic of irrigation infield ， is founded. Through the irrigating infiltration experiment of seven farmland located in piedmont plain and median plain of Daqinghe river basin and median plain of Heilonggang region ， stable infiltration rate of lower cultivating layer ， the most important parameter of model ， is gained. And the result shows that simulation precision is higher by applying the model in Mangniu River basin and other six representative basins. Key words: plain ； irrigation
