· 520 · 世界中西医结合杂志2012年第7卷第6期 WorldJournalofIntegratedTraditionalandWesternMedicine 2012，V01．7，N0．6 · 博 士论 坛 · 角膜炎历代治法方药沿革 朱晓林 【摘要】 文章梳理历代角膜炎治法方药，研究其发展沿革。结果显示：角膜炎治法方药理论萌 芽于西汉时期，奠基于隋唐时期，宋元时期得以发展丰富，明清时期 日臻完善，形成了较为系统的理论 认识。虽然不同历史时期治疗侧重点各有不同，但多以清热泻火、清肝退翳为基本疗法，在宋以前尤 为突出；金元时期重视调理脾 胃、益气升阳；明清时期，新增通腑泄热、凉血活血、益气养血、滋补肝肾 等治法。纵观该病的治疗，经历了由“祛邪”，到 “兼补虚”，再到 “攻补兼施”的发展历程，对当今角膜 炎的辨证治疗仍有一定指导意义。 【关键词】 角膜炎；治法方药；沿革 【中图分类号】R772．21 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1673—6613 2012 06—0520-03 EvolutionofTherapeuticPrinciplesandMedicinalFormulasforKeratitis in thePastDynasties ZHU Xiao—lin ShandongUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicine，JinanShandong250011 【Abstract] Thepaperanalyzedthetherapeuticprinciplesandmedicinalformulasforkeratitisand tlleirevolutioninthepastdynasties．Theresultsshowed：thetheoryofthetherapeuticprinciplesandmedici· nalofmr ~as forkeratitiswassproutedintheWesternHanDynasty，laidthefoundationinSuiandTangdy· nasties，developedinSongandYuandynastiesandperfectedinMingandQingdynasties，sincethen，asys— tematictheoreticalunderstandingonithadbeenformed．Althoughthetreatmentsemphasizedonthedifferent aspectsineachhistorical periods，thebasictherapeuticprinciplesweresame，namedclearingawayheat，re— ducingfire，clearingawayliverfiretoremovecornealopacity，whichWas highlightedbeforeSongdynasty．In JinandYuandynasties，thetreatmentfocusedonregulatingspleenandstomachfunctions，benefitingqiand risingyang．InMingandQingdynasties，sometherapeuticprinciplesweresupplemented，suchaspromoting thecirculationofthelargeintestinetoreduceheat，coolingbloodandactivatingbloodcirculation，benefiting qiandnourishingblood，andtonifyingtheliverandkidney．Bymakingageneralsurveyofthetreatmentofthe disease，itWas found thathtediseasewastreatedbyeliminatingthepathogens，tonifyingforhtedeficiency conditionsna dthetonificationandpurgationincombination．Thedevelopmentofitbroughtacertainug iding significancetothepattern／syndromedifferentiationandtreatmentofkeratitisinthemodern time． K【eywords】 Keratitis；TherapeuticPrinciplesandMed
