Save your PPT file in ppt2003 format also Some conference computers only have PowerPoint 2003 Computer may import your newer format but it may not look right Your PPT slide appearance When you get to the exam room early, check how your slides look on that computer! Computer differences (e.g. fonts) may make slides look bad. Common problems: Certain symbols appear as ? (missing font) Spacing is bad (different font) Background pattern is missing or bad
