阿司匹林联合血栓通治疗脑梗塞的临床探讨 程贝 湖北省新华医院 【摘要】目的：探讨阿司匹林与血栓通联合治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法：选取2012 年10 月～ 2013 年 10 月于我院住院的急性脑梗塞患者48 例，随机分为治疗组与对照组两组，两组分 别有24 例患者，其中治疗组患者用阿司匹林0.3g 加入0.9%的氯化钠注射液100ml 中静滴， 直到滴完为止，每天2 次，同时用血栓通0.3g 加入到5%葡萄糖注射液中250ml 进行静滴， 每天1 次；对照组患者仅通过用血栓通0.3g 加入到5%葡萄糖注射液中250ml 进行静滴，每 天1 次，其中治疗一个疗程为连续14 天。结果：治疗组的治愈率以及有效率（95.83% ）与 对照组的治愈率及有效率（75.0% ）之间存在明显的不同，治疗组的治疗效果要明显的好于 对照组的治疗效果，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05 ）。结论：阿司匹林联合血栓通对急性脑梗塞具 有良好的治疗效果，无明显的不良反应。 【关键词】阿司匹林；血栓通；脑梗塞 Aspirin joint thrombosis through clinical study for the treatment of cerebral infarction 【Abstract 】Objective: to investigate the effect of aspirin with thrombosis through joint treatment of cerebral infarction.Selection methods: in October 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital in the hospital of 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction, two groups were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, there were 24 patients in both groups, the treatment group with aspirin in patients with 0.3 g in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 ml static drop, until it drops out, 2 times a day, at the same time with thrombosis through 0.3 g to join her in 5% glucose injection static drop 250 ml, 1 times a day;Control patients with thrombus passed only 0.3 g to join the static drops of 5% glucose injection in 250 ml, 1 x per day, with a course of treatment for 14 consecutive days.Results: the cure rate and effective treatment group (95.83%) and control group cure rate and effective exist obvious differences between (75.0%), the curative effect of treatment group is obviously better than the control group, the treatment effect of was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: aspirin joint thrombosis through treatment of acute cerebral infarction with good effect, no obvious adverse reaction
