高等教育出版社， 。．^匣]1肛山岷÷』 不同妊娠期梅山猪子宫内嗜酸性粒细胞的 动态变化 葛晓红 温 乐 余 梅 彭克美 刘华珍* 华中农业大学动物科技-动物医学院，武汉430070 摘 要：为了探讨嗜酸性粒细胞在猪不同妊娠时期子宫内的分布及对猪妊娠的影响，本研究以妊 娠15d、25d、50d和95d的梅山猪为试验动物，取子宫组织，常规石蜡切片，采用变色酸2R 进行染色。结果显示：妊娠15d，子宫内膜固有层浅层嗜酸性粒细胞数量较多，妊娠26d、50d 和95d时，子宫内嗜酸性粒细胞数量较少，主要分布于子宫内膜和肌层的血管内，在子宫内膜和 肌层结缔组织间偶尔可见嗜酸性粒细胞。以上研究结果表明，妊娠不同时期，子宫内嗜酸性粒细 胞数量呈下降趋势，嗜酸性粒细胞可能参与妊娠早期母-胎免疫耐受的形成。 关键词：梅山猪；妊娠；子宫；嗜酸性粒细胞 TheDynamicChangesofEosinophilsintheUteriofMeishanPigsat DifferentPregnantStage GeXiao-hongWen LeYuMeiPengKe-meiLiuHua-zhen* CollegeofAnimalScienceandVeterinaryMedicine,HuazhongAgricultural University,Wuhan430070 Abstract:Thepresentstudywasperformedtoinvestigatethedistributionofeosinophilsintheuteriof pregnantpigsatdifferentgestationalstagetoexploretheeffectsofeosinophilsonpigpregnancy.The uterinesampleswereobtainedfrompregnant(15d,25d,50dand90dofgestation)Meishanpigs.Paraffin sectionswerestainedwithchromotropicacid2R.Theresultsshowed:Highereosinophilsnumberswere observedintheshallowlayerofendometriallaminapropriainday15.Fewernumberswereobservedin day26,50and90,theeosinophilsweremainlydistributedinthebloodvesselsintheendometriumand myometrium,andtheeosinophilswereoccasionallyvisibleintheconnectivetissuewithintheendometrial laminapropriaandmyometrium.Theaboveresultsindicatedthatthenumberofuterineeosinophilswas decliningindifferentperiods,andeosinophilspossiblyinvolvedintheformationofearly maternal-maternalimmunetolerance.
