大豆异黄酮对固始鸡小肠发育的影响 陶孟杰 张婷婷 黄 鹏 张学武 肖传斌 河南农业大学牧医工程学院，河南郑州450002 摘 要： （目的）本研究旨在探讨饲粮中添加不同水平大豆异黄酮(Soybeanisoflavone ISO)对固始鸡小肠黏 膜结构的影响。 （方法）取各组鸡的免疫器官称重，应用常规石蜡切片，HE染色技术，通过Moticom成像系统，观 察固始鸡十二指肠、空肠、回肠组织黏膜结构，测定其绒毛高度、隐窝深度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值。并 用甲苯胺蓝染色和PAS染色法分析大豆异黄酮对固始鸡肠道肥大细胞和杯状细胞数量的影响。结果表明：(1)在 饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮可以显著增加固始鸡体重，显著增加固始鸡的小肠重量。(2)大豆异黄酮能够促进小肠的 发育，缩短小肠长度；促进肠绒毛生长，增加小肠绒毛高度，降低小肠隐窝深度，增大V/C值，增加肠道对营养 的吸收面积。(3)在饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮的量为6mg/kg和9mg/kg均有较好效果，二者差异不显著，从经济效 益考虑，6mg/kg为最佳添加水平。(4)大豆异黄酮可以增加固始鸡肠道杯状细胞和肥大细胞的数量。结论：6mg/kg 为大豆异黄酮的最适添加剂量。 关键词：大豆异黄酮；固始鸡；小肠绒毛；V/C SoybeanIsoflavoneontheInfluenceofthesmallintestinesauxanologyofGushi Chickens TAOMeng-jieZHANGTing-tingHUANGPengZHANG Xue-wuXIAOChuan-bin CollegeofAnimalScienceandVeterinaryMedicine,HenanAgriculturalUniversity,Zhengzhou 450002,China Abstrast:(Purpose)Thesignificantofthisstudywastoinvestigatethefodderofsoybeanisoflavones adding different level ofthe structure ofthe small intestinal mucosa Gushi chickens influence.(Method)Tookeachgroughofthechickensimmuneorganandweight,techniquesapplied anatomy,routineparaffin,HEstaining,measuredbydifferentgroupsofimagingsystemMoticomto observeGushichickenduodenumjejunum,ileum,mucosalstructure,determinationofthevillusheight, cryptdepth,thevillusheighttocryptdepth(V/C)value.AndBonisandPASstainingmethodforthe analysisofsoybeanisoflavonesonGushichickensmastcellsandgobletcellsnumbereffect.Theresults showedthat:(1).Addingsoybeanisoflavoneinthefoddercouldincreasthegushichickensweight significantly,dramaticallyincreasedtheweightofgushichickenssmallintestine.(2).Soybeanisoflavone couldpromotethedevelopmentofsmallintestine,shortenthelengthofthesmallintestine,promotethe growthofgushichickenssmallintestineform,promotethegrowthofvilliwith,increasetheheightof thenapsofthesmallintestine,reducethesmallintestinecryptdepth,increasetheV/Cvalueand increase
