Abstract Chlorinated hydrocarbons areconta inating soil and groundwater increasingly. Their behaviors in subsurface
and thepollution re ediation are the hot point in environ ental science and technology field. The ain re edial options for
these chlorinated organics in subsurface are pu ping- and- treat, per eablereactive barrier (PRB) , biore ediation and so
on. The surfactant- enhanced re ediation, Zero- valent iron PRB and enhanced in- situ biore ediation are focused strong2
ly and used widely. It is a difficult proble and a hot point to ake zero- valent barrier work effectively for a long ter .
Enhanced biore ediation is a ost potential re edial technology, which is attracting ore and ore attention. How to build
