M ethods GFP m ouse bone ma rrow w as asp ira te from th ighbone by aseptic techn ique. M SC s w ere obta ined and cu ltured in DM EM. T hen, cells w ere induced by shear stress to d ifferen tiate in to endo the lial ce lls, and w ere detec ted by mi mumo fluo rescence m ethod. Results T he num bers o f M SC s increased f ive to eightfo ld w ith each m ultiplication passage. T he mu ltiplied ce lls exhib ited typica l vW F sta in ing.
