教育目標表 1.知識傳授 教導學生國內與國際財經法學及各領域專業法律規範，同時兼具經貿知識與科技管理能力。 Teach students about domestic or international Financial Economic Laws, other fields of professional legal norms, technology management and the knowledge of trade. 2.技術訓練 培養學生邏輯分析與獨立思考之能力，並能將法律運用於實際案例；同時提供學生實習機會，期望能學以致用，奠定學生學術研究基礎，厚植學生職場競爭力。 Train students to have strong logical analysis abilities, to think independently and to use Laws in practical cases. Offer internship opportunities for students to strengthen their competitiveness in the future job market. 3.思維創新 建立學生以科際整合方式思索法律問題、進行專業領域研究、與處理國際貿易爭端之能力。 Encourage students to think about legal issues, to research in professional fields, and to deal with international trade disputes in an interdisciplinary way. 4.自我表現 使學生能以他/她們的忠誠、勤奮、誠實、篤行的個人特質與專業技能讓主管與同儕認同。 Let students develop their personal quality (loyalty, diligence, honesty, and practice and professional skills for the identities of their supervisors and colleagues. 5.團隊精神 訓練學生具有組織能力與溝通技術，讓他/她們能夠發揮團隊力量來解決法律問題。 Train students to obtain organization and communication skills to solve legal problems with the power of teamwork. 6.國際觀 教育學生不斷的自我成長，吸收國內外新的知識，在未來的領域中成為一位具有國際視野的專業人才。 Encourage students to be professionals in the future with global perspective through continuous self-learning in domestic or international new knowledge.
