Normal cells and umor cells w ere observed by AFM in order o find ou he difference be w een heir membrane s ruc ures. Methods We chose Fb cell ,Hela cell, MCF7 cell, Ma-Fb cell .To f ind he AFM specimen prepara ion and ob ain heir AFM pic ures . Results The AFM images of he cells deal w i h 2% formaldehyde solu ion and ci ra e buffer are clear , he AFM pic ures of he cells w i h 5% dex rose solu ion are il- legibili y. The membrane conf igura ions of Fb cell and Ma- Fb cell are defferen observably. O her wo kind. s cells membrane s ruc ures are abnormally. Conclusion 2% Formaldehyde solu ion and ci ra e buffer are f i for he prepara ion of AFM specimens. The mem- brane configura ions of normal cell and umor cell are obviously differen .
