It analyse s the risk of p roject in term s of dynam ic and system and discovers the sou rce s of risk a s early a s po ssib le. A ccord ing to the final goal of p roject, the p ap er m akes p lan s and selects rea sonab le coun term ea sures for risk m anagem ent so as to reduce the potential risk of p roject and enhances the contro l cap ab ility on p roject risk.
