Abstract : Indust rializ at ion has cau sed so m any environment al pro blems , rendering
sustainable development t imes subject and requested cor porat ion t o do more or
env ir onm ent al prot ect ion . But some st ress t he nat ure o enterprise o r pursuing pro it s
excessively, not considering t he co rpo ration as so cietys ent er prise and not seeing t he
interact ion betw een ent er prise and societ y, denying corporat e having social respo nsibilit y or
env ir onm ent al pro tection . A ll t hese w ould w eaken enterprise com pet itiveness and t he
capacit y or su st ainable developm ent . In t he er a o pursuing su st ainable development ,
ent erprise sho uld integr at e t he sel bene its , social expect at ion and enviro nm ent al bene it s
w hile it is pursuing t he economic e iciency , so t hat it can strengt hen t he com pet it iveness,
g et com petit ive adv ant age, and be on t he w ay or su st ainable development .
