This year, the consecutive large-scale wind turbine tripping impacts seriously on the safe and stable operation of grid and reliable power supply. This paper discusses the engineering law of large wind power base construction, which is a huge engineering activities. Engineering has its law and the law must be followed. Large-scale wind power, which is complicated application and integration of technologies and technology aggregation, must implemented according to engineering science. It is a major project to complete by construction, must focus on cost, quality, efficiency. Its planning and construction should be coordinated by the state governing department in charge of national energy.
