Dalian University of Technology, Dalian Liaoning , 116024, China) Abstract: The environment is facing austere challenge in the minority regions in China, and this seriously influences the sustainable development of the economy and the eco-safety. This paper mainly discusses the existent environmental problems and the reasons beyond them, and then suggests that we should utilize the plains and water resources scientifi cally, promote eco-agriculture, as well as strengthen the legal system and enhance the people’s awareness of environmental protection.
