Obj ective T define whether there ex ists c rrelati n between the c gnitive dysfuncti n and the l cus f brain lesi n and t map the l calizati n f brain lesi ns f r different c gnitive dysfuncti n. Methods C gni tive functi n w as tested with NCSE in 30 patients wit h c gnit ive dysfunct i n caused by brain lesi n. C rrelati n be tw een the l cus f brain lesi n and c gnitive dysfunct i n was tested and analyzed w ith CT scan and 10 items ( ORI, AT T , COMP, REP, NAM , CONST , MEM , CA LC, SIM and JUD) f the NCSE. Results The lesi ns f ei ther side f brain were related t COMP, while t he fr ntal l be was related t CALC, JUD and MEM ; lesi ns f t he parietal l be w ere related t NAM , JUD and especially t the item f REP and CALC ( P 0. 0 1) . N signifi cant relati n was revealed between temp ral r basilar lesi ns with the ab vement i ned items( P 0. 05) . Conclu sion C gnitive dysfuncti n is related t the l cus f brain lesi n, and this is especially true f r lesi ns in the fr ntal and parietal l bes. Key words!
