Cause of t he problem is various. The key problem is to establish a wide range of te hnology invest ment and finan ing system. T e hnology servi e support system should be building , the Government should speed up the investment and finan ing platform; should develop multi- mode dire t finan ing market; should vigorously promote the venture apital industry; should banks and government to establish SM E lending te hnology platform; should learn from Sili on Valley Bank model the establishment of te hnology banking .
