非物质经济、可持续发展与生态文明 卢 风 （清华大学哲学系，北京 100084） 摘要：通常理解的 “可持续发展”是包含矛盾的，物质经济不可能持续增长。当物质经济增长达到生态极限时， 继续谋求经济增长的根本出路是发展非物质经济。永无休止地谋求物质经济增长的工业文明是不可持续的，生态 文明是人类文明的必由之路。为建设生态文明，我们必须把物质经济转变成稳态的生态经济，同时大力发展非物 质经济。发展非物质经济是建设生态文明的必然要求。发展非物质经济必须遵循生态学规律。为转变经济增长模 式，发展非物质经济，我们必须超越物质主义价值观，树立生态主义价值观。 关键词：可持续发展；非物质经济；生态文明 Dematerialized Economy, Sustainable Development and Eco-civilization LU Feng (Department of Philosophy, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China) Abstract: The conception of ‘sustainable development’ as many people mean is actually paradoxical, and material economy cannot be sustainable. When the growth of material economy reaches the limit of carrying capacity of the eco-systems, the only way of development is to expand dematerialized economy. Modern industrial civilization pursuing the growth of material economy ceaselessly is not sustainable, and eco-civilization is the only choice of human beings in the future. In order to construct eco-civilization, we have to change the material economy into stable eco-economy, and at the same time to develop dematerialized economy. And to develop dematerialized economy is the necessary demand to construct eco-civilization. The whole economical practice, both material and dematerialized, must obey the laws of ecology. To change the mode of economical growth and expand dematerialized economy, we have to be beyond materialism, and accept ecologism.
