The result showed that it is necessary for the NCMS to strengthen the chronic disease management. And with the continuous improvement of the financing level, it is feasible to furtherly take the fee of chronic diseases of rural residents into the NCMS fund management. The research suggests that strengthen the compensation of the chronic patients by setting up chronic disease security fund, and establish health records for the chronic patients in order to manage them into different levels separately.
