小型塑料注射成型机液压系统设计 摘要 小型注射压缩成型注塑机的注射压力低、锁模力低、成型周期短、模具费用低、制品内应力小，因此在国外得到了迅速发展。注射压缩成型不是依靠螺杆向型腔传递压力，而是通过压缩行为来压实制品，低压注射，使得制品表面具有均匀的压力分布，制品内部分子取向分布均匀，从而保证了成型制品的尺寸精度高且稳定。 本次设计主要通过了解注塑机工作的原理分析基础上，设计出注塑机工作原理图。在给定的参数基础上计算并确定各个液压执行元件结构尺寸。通过查阅手册进行选型，并最终确定各液压元件。最后根据元件的形状尺寸来进行装配尺寸的确定。 关键词： 注塑机、塑料、液压、制造 英文摘要 Small plastic injection molding design of the hydraulic system Abstract Injection compression molding small injection molding machine injection pressure low, clamping force low, short molding cycle, mold low-cost, products, stress, and therefore has been the rapid development of foreign countries.
