Methods The inhibitory effect of BQ of different concent rations and under different reaction periods on the viability of V79 cell w as evaluated by MTT assay. CGE w as used to detect the DNA damage of V79 cells after exposed to BQ of different concent ration. Results When exposed to 2 hours w ith final BQ concentration of 0025~ 005 mmol/ L, the inhibition for cell proliferat ion w as not significant.
