中国矫形外科杂志 　2003 年 8 月第 11 卷第 16 期 　Orthop J Chin ,Vol11 ,No16 　August 　2003 10·93 · ·论　著· 冷冻干燥同种骨临床应用的初步报告 衷鸿宾 　侯树勋 　姚长海 　吴闻文 　张伟佳 　史亚明 　解英俊 摘 　要 　目的 :建立现代骨组织库 ,观察系列冷冻干燥同种骨移植的临床效果。方法 :采用深度冷冻、真空冷冻干燥和辐照灭 菌等现代技术处理人类骨组织 ,临床应用系列冻干骨 94 例 ,包括骨缺损填充、骨不连植骨、脊柱和关节融合、人工关节翻修、髋臼造 盖等 ,观察近期临床结果。结果 :冻干同种骨的理化性能、无菌检测和生物性能完全符合体内植入物的相关国家标准 ,常温下可保 存 2 年。94 例中的 90 例无明显的免疫排斥反应 ,优良率为 9576 % ,成功率为 9787 % 。结论:冷冻干燥同种骨使用安全 ,保存和 运输方便 ,可替代临床自体骨移植。 关键词 　骨组织库 ; 　同种骨 ; 　骨移植 ( ) 中图分类号　R687 　　　文献标识码 　A 　　　文章编号 　1005 - 8478 2003 16 - 1093 - 03 Preparation of Frozen Dried Bone Allograft and Clinical Application ∥ZHON G Hongbin , HOU Shuxun , YAO Changhai , et th alDepartment of Orthopaedics ,the 304 Hospital of PLA ,Beijin g 100037 Abstract 　Objective : To establish human bone tissue bank base on modern technique and to observe the clinical result of frozen dried bone allograftingMethods : Human bone tissue was treated by deep refrigeration ,vacuum freeze drying and radiation sterilizationFrozen dried bone allografts were used in 94 cases of bone transplantation included bone defect ,nonunion and delayed union ,spine fusion and joint fusion ,and other diseasesResults : Physicochemical propert y , biological propert y and bacterial detection of the frozen dried bone allograft were coincided with the national standard of implant in vivo The frozen dried bone could be preserved well for two years at room tempera tureNinty cases had no distinguishable immunologic rejection in all 94 casesThe excellent rate was 9576 % and the successful rate was 9787 %Conclusions : The frozen dried bone allograft is safety in clinical use and it is a perfect substitution of bone autograft Key words 　Bone tissue bank ; 　Bone allograft ; 　Bone transplantation
