Metho s Urine ample from 61 bladder cancer patient who were hi tologically diagno ed and 53 healthy volunteer and 42 ca e with other urogenital di ea e were analyzed u ing urface-enhanced la er de orption/ ion- ization time of flight ma pectrometry ( SELDI-TOF- MS) IMAC- Cu- 3 ProteinChip technology, which can pecif-i cally bind the metal-combining-protein . Proteomic pectra were generated by ma pectrometry. A blinded te t et wa u ed to determine the en itivity and pecificity of the differentially expre ed marker . Results Four differ- entialy expre ed potential marker were identified. Their corre ponding molecular weight were 3445, 3703, 3896 and 5932, re pectively. The 3445 protein wa identified a A-defen in, with it en itivity for diagno ing bladder cancer being 80% and pecificity being 75% . The en itivity of 3703 protein wa 32% , while it pecificity wa 94% . 97% of the patient who were po itive for 3703 protein were with high grade and inva ive bladder
