·112 · 计算机应用研究 2004 年 ! 图像的三维实体重建技术研究 黄金玮，章建波，黄长林，宋小文，胡树根 （浙江大学 蓉杭模具高技术研究所，浙江 杭州310027 ） 摘 要：提出了一种面向实体模型的CT 图像三维重建方法，对牙齿CT 断层图像进行三维重建，建立一个可编 辑的三维实体模型，用于牙科医生进行断牙修补中牙桩的植入和对牙桩的应力分析。主要实现过程为：用螺旋 CT 对牙齿进行断层扫描获取CT 图像，对图像进行去除软组织元素和噪声点得到矢量的线框断层图，然后对多 层线框结构进行曲面拟合，生成牙齿的三维实体模型。它具有精确度高，可编辑性强等特点，并且可直接用于实 体的生物制造。 关键词：CT 图像；三维重建；实体模型 中图法分类号：R445- 39 ；TP391. 4 1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001- 3695（2004 ）10- 0112- 02 Research on 3D Soiid Reconstruction Technoiogy Based on CT Image HUANG Jin- wei ，ZHANG Jian- bo ，HUANG Chang- iin ，SONG Xiao- wen ，HU Shu- gen （Institute of Ronghang Mould High Technology ，Zhej iang Uniuersity ，Hangzhou Zhej iang 310027 ，China ） Abstract ：A method of 3D soiid reconstruction technoiogy based on CT image is proposed in this paper ，and it is appiied to tooth CT image. We get an editabie 3D soiid modei ，which is used for dentist to stake in the broken tooth and anaiyze the stress of the stake during the tooth repair. It can be reaiized in the foiiowing steps ：Firstiy ，get the CT images by scanning the tooth with spirai computed tomography in a certain pitch ；Secondiy ，get rid of the noisy points of the 2D image data and convert it into 2D digitized contour data ；Finaiiy ，the 3D wire frame is reconstructed by offsetting the 2D digitized wire frame in the certain pitch ，get the tooth soiid modei using the face which is iofted with the 3D wire frame. The 3D soiid modei is very accurate which can be edited and processed arbitrariiy and appiied directiy in bioiogicai manufacturing of tooth.
