山西农业科学 2007, 35 (4) : 75 ～77　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　J ou rna l of S hanx i A g ricu ltu ra l S ciences 犬细小病毒病的组织病理学观察 余 　燕 ,马金友 ,陈金山 (河南科技学院动物科学学院 ,河南 新乡 453003) 摘 　要 :采用病理解剖 、冰冻切片 、H E染色法 ,对实验室确诊为犬细小病毒病的幼犬的小肠 、大肠 、肠系膜 淋巴结 、心 、肝 、肺 、脾等进行组织学观察 ,结果表明:该病的主要发病部位在肠道和心脏 ,病犬肠道各段黏 膜上皮细胞均坏死 、脱落 ,固有膜暴露 。肠腺上皮细胞也有程度不同的坏死 、脱落 。心肌细胞变细 、变长 , 局部断裂 、崩解 ,间质水肿 ,心肌毛细血管扩张 、充血 。脾脏和淋巴结中淋巴细胞数量减少 。其他各器官都 有不同程度的充血 、出血以及炎性细胞侵润 。 关键词 :犬细小病毒 ;冰冻切片 ; H E染色 ;组织病理学 中图分类号 : S858. 292　　　文献标识码 : A 　　　文章编号 : 1002 - 2481 (2007) 04 - 0075 - 03 Pa tholog ica l O b serva tion of C an in e pa rvoviru s D isea se YU Yan , MA J inyou , CH EN J inshan ( Colleg e of A n im a l S ciences, H enan Ins titu te of S cience and Technology, X inx iang 453003, Ch ina) A b stract: The m aterials including sm all intestines, large in te stine s, heart, lymp h node, sp leen, lungs, liver, k idneys, etc. obtained from a baby dog that were diagno sed to be can ine p arvoviru s in the lab , were studied by freezing section and HE stain ing. The resu lts showed: Each p arts of inte stine s muco sa ep ithelium cell necrotized, shed off and inheren t m em b rane ex po sed; Inte stinal gland ep ithellial cell necrotized, shed off. The heart mu scle cells becam e th inner and longer and b roke down p artly, and w ith interstitial edem a. The cap illary between heart cells exp anded seriou sly and congested. The num bers of lym phocyte in sp leen and lymph node decrea sed. The other organ s app eared hyp erem ia , hemorrhage and inflamm atory cells soa k ing.
