当代医学 2011年7月第l7卷第20期总第247期 ContemporaryMedicine，Ju1．2011，Vo1．17No．20IssueNo．247 doi：10．3969／j．issn．1009—4393．2011．20．119 在小学高年级学生中开展性健康教育的研究 曾小玲 [摘要】 目的 了解新安辖区小学高年级学生对青春期性健康知识知晓情况，开展性健康教育活动，以提高青春前期青少年性健康知识知晓率。 方法 对辖区六所小学五～六年级学生(10～13岁青春前期的青少年)进行问卷调查，内容主要包括青春期健康知识获得途径、青春期健康知识等，对 所得结果进行统计学分析。结果 青少年获得青春性健康知识的途径主要是通过学生相互传授(49％)，其次是各种媒介(27％)，再次是老师、家长(24％)。 而青少年青春性健康知识知晓率综合评估仅366％。在实施活动方案三个月后辖区内再次调查发现青春期性健康知识知晓率达734％，结果与培训前 比较，其差异具有统计学意义(P005)。结论 小学生的青春期性健康知识较为贫乏，在小学开展青春前期性健康教育是一新课题，只有通过进一步 完善小学高年级青春期前期性健康教育的内容、教学方式，并与中学阶段的性健康教育相互衔接才能化解学生们对 自己身体在生长发育过程中所发生 变化感到好奇和恐惧，让其能够健康、快乐地成长，使其受益终生。 [关键词】青春期；性健康教育；知晓率 A【bstract】ObjectiveTounderstandthestudenttotheelementaryschoolhighergradesxinanjurisdictionadolescenthealthawareness， knowledge，throughhtedevelopmentofsexualhealtheducationactivitiestoenhancehtesexualhealthknowledgeamongyouthteenagers．Methods Itssixprimarysixstudents(10to13yearsoldtheteenagers)youthquestionnairesurvey,contentmainlyincludesadolescenthealthknowledgeget way,adolescenthealthkn owledge，theresultsobtainedstatisticalanalysis．ResultsTeenagersgetyouthhealthtoknowledgemainlythroughthe sutdentstoeachother(49％)，htesecondisallkindsofmedia(27％)，onceagain，istheteache~parents(24％)．Andyounghealthknowledgeawareness comprehensiveevaluationonly36．6％．Intheimplementationofprogrammesaftertwomonthswithinthejurisdicfionofhteadolescentreproductive healthsurveyfoundagainbeawareofknowledgeabout73．4％，hteresultsandtraining，htanbeforeastatisticallysignificantdifference(P0．05)． ConclusionPupilsoftheadolescenthealthknowledgeispoogandintheelementaryschoolinreproductivehealtheducationistheyouthanew subject，itisonlythroughfurtherperfectingtheelementaryschoolhighergradesearlyadolescencehealtheducationcontent，teachingmethods，and withhighschooleducationofsexualhealthconnectedtodeufsethesutdentsottheirphysicaldevelopmentandf curiousletitsotbehappy,healthy rgowth，makeitforalifetim
