There were 31 cases that had pneumothorax after the surgery of seed implantation. 1 patient had pressure pneumothorax,more than 60% pulmonary tissue shrinked,received completely relieve after closed drainage treatment;lung compression of 9 patients is between 20%~60%,21 patients’s lung compression were less than 20%,there were all cured after well treatment and nursingResult: 31 patients got completely relief after well-tendance,no other complication was recorded during the follow-up period.Conclusion: CT-guided radioactive 125I seeds permanent implantation is safe,effective and minimally invasive.its major complication is pneumothorax,but with aborative treatment all patients went through with the treatment, active and postive nursing is the guarantee in the treatment of 125iodine seed implantation for lung tumor.
