Abstra t: 1100 A l alloy sheet is requ ired to have good conductivity andm echanical properties. This k ind of sheet can be
produced w ith superior properties by controlling chem ical compositions, mi proving in-furnace refining, on-line purifying,
adding A-lTi5-B1 refin ing rods, reasonable setting up cast-rolling process data and reduction per pass for cold rolling, bu ild-
ing up suitable annealing patterns.
