Methods: Some undergraduates in a college were surveyed randomly by questionnaire in seeking medical advice and health service demand. Results: 40.4% of male students chose to get drugs from the drugstore by themselves, while 39.6% of female students went to the community health center when they were sick, when they felt unwell, the first factor influencing the students seeking medical advice was that they didnt think the disease was serious, the undergraduate needed health examination
