Abstract
Mortgage Securitization (Asset Securitization) is the worlds financial sector in recent decades, the most significant innovation is one of the late 60s from the 20th century the United States began a short period of thirty years time, the housing mortgage loan securitization by rapid development and become a mainstream development of modern finance. In recent years, scholars research this theme a lot, but there is a certain gap between Chinas legal situation, especially the new introduction of the Property Law point of view there are many issues worth studying. This article focuses on the securitization of mortgage loans related to the concept and connotation surrounding the implementation of mortgage securities may be made legal problems arising from the corresponding analysis, and related legislation for the country put forward their own ideas. This paper studies the use of standardized methods of case studies.
