In recent few years, main viewpoints of researches on sports pedagogy in Germany include the followings: 1) sports pedagogy is a science that has various applicable objects under different backgrounds; 2) perspectives on kinetic cultural education and cultivation of diversified personalities; 3) sport pedagogy should be adjusted according to the dynamic change of social environment and life style; 4) perspectives on the functions of the “social sanatorium” concept of sport as well as sports pedagogy on ecology education, peace education, cultural blending education, and teenage crime prevention, and the attempts to build a bridge to eliminate the gap between competitive sport and physical education teaching. The author discussed sports pedagogical issues from the perspective of anthropology and cultural science, and pointed out that a sport pedagogy system adapted to social changes should be established.
