江医学2013 年第35 卷第5 期 论 著 经股动脉途径射频消融术建立 beagle 犬永久性房室传导阻滞 模型 信 程 陈一和 李岳春 李进 张文武 林加锋 【摘要 】 目的 探讨经股动脉途径射频消融术建立beagle 犬永久性房室传导阻滞模型的可行性，并比较其与传统造模方法 的利弊。 方法 将 12 只beagle 犬分成两组，预置起搏器后，左 室消融组（6 只）经股动脉途径于主动脉窦下左心室间隔上部消融 建立房室传导阻滞模型，右 室消融组（6 只）经股静脉途径于koch 三角处消融建立房室传导阻滞模型。两组以建立完全房室传导阻 滞为终点。术后随访4 周后处死动物，比较造模成功率、手术并发症及模型稳定性。 结果 左 室消融组成功率大于右 室消融 组，术中并发症小于右 室消融组，左 室消融组手术时间及X 线曝光时间短于右心室消融组（均P＜0.05 ），两组模型稳定性差异无 统计学意义 （均P ＞0.05 ）。结论 经股动脉途径射频消融术建立beagle 犬永久性房室传导阻滞模型较传统途径消融法成功率高 且并发症少，在有条件的实验室和有经验的单位，可优先选用经股动脉射频消融术建立房室传导阻滞模型。 【关键词】 房室传导阻滞 射频消融 beagle 犬 疾病模型 Establishment of complete atrioventricular block model in Beagle dog China 【Abstract 】 Objective To establish a animal model of complete atrioventricular block (AVB) model. Methods After pacemaker implanted in 12 Beagle dogs , AVB was induced by interrupting His bundle conduction by radiofrequency ablation at the base of the aortic cusp from femoral artery in left ventricular ablation group (n=6) and at the Koch triangle from femoral vein in right ventricular ablation group (n=6). Animals were sacrificed 4 weeks after AVB was induced, then the pathological changes of myocardium were examined; and the success rate, complications and stability of model were compared between two groups. Results The success rate was higher, intraoperative complications were less, the time of operation and X-ray exposure was shorter in left ventricular ablation group than those in right ventricle ablation group all P＜0.05 ）. Conclusion A-V block model has been successfully established with radiofrequency ablation from femoral artery in Beagle dogs with high success rate and low complications. 【Key words 】 Atrioventricular block Radiofrequency abl
