摘 要 本研究从反思性教学的理论入手，概述了国内外有关反思性教学的概念及反 思性教学研究和发展等情况，系统地归纳了反思性教学的内容、方法和策略。指 出在我国基础教育改革的背景下，随着教育理念的更新和对教育教学实践的研 究、发展，反思性教学已成为教师自身素质提高和专业发展的重要途径，并从反 思性教学的性质、特征、模型和实践四个方面论述了反思性教学的研究历史和现 状。 本研究以小学教师为调查对象，自编反思性教学调查问卷作为调查工具，从 四个不同的视角来研究教师开展反思性教学的情况，对比分析了性别、教龄、学 历、所授科目及职务差别在反思性教学开展上的显著性差异，并就小学教师在反 思性教学开展过程中存在的主要问题提出了对策建议：1、深化小学教师对教学 反思内涵的理解；2 、创造有利于反思的外部环境 3、提高教师自觉反思的意识 4 、 拓宽反思途径，灵活运用反思策略。 关键词：反思； 反思性教学； 小学教师 II Abstract In this study, from the theory of the reflective teaching approach, provides an overview of the relevant concept of reflective teaching and reflective teaching research and development, etc, systematically summed up the contents of reflective teaching, methods and strategies.
