The behavior of the suspen-dome is theoreticaiiy investigated by empioying a noniinear finite eiement method in this study. Structurai par- ameters of the suspen-dome, such as heights of struts, sectionai areas of cabies, prestresses of cabies, the number of cabie rings, which infiuence the structurai uitimate ioad-carrying capacity, have been anaiyzed by empioying a compu- tationai modei of the Kiewitt suspen-dome of 40m span.
