This thesis examines and evaluates marketing strategies adopted by the National Real Estate Company. It focuses on the implementation and development of marketing strategies by real estate developers. The analysis, discussion, evaluation, and recommendations are presented to allow real estate developers to have some insights into gaining an advantage in the present highly competitive market. The research starts with analysis of literature in related fields, followed by an analysis of the real estate marketing environment, including both the micro- and macro-environments. Theoretical values of marketing mix are used to analyze Kuwait real estate marketing practices. The case study of the National Real Estate Company is discussed to illustrate how this particular developer modified its marketing strategies on this project under the rapidly changing market conditions.
