Clinical Study on different dosage forms of NingXinZhiHan Decoction’s Influence to the Hypertension accompanied with Spontaneous Sweat and Night Sweat(YinXuHuoWang Type) Speciality:Cardiovascular disease,Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Chen XiaoJing Tutor: Chen ShouQiang Abstract Objective: To observe the curative effect of different dosage forms of NingXinZhiHan Decoction to the HBP accompanied with Spontaneous Sweat and Night Sweat of YinXuHuoWang Type,and to explore its mechanism,and to contrast its difference of different forms.Methods:In the clinical study,Randomized principles,90 patients conforming to standard were divided into control group(30cases),decoction group(30cases) and paste group(30cases).The control group was treated only by conventional western medicine,while the decoction group was added to the NingXinZhiHan Decoction and the paste group was added to the paste dosage forms of NingXinZhiHan Decoction.10 days was a course of treatment.The main clinical symptom,resting heart rate,mean arterial pressure(MAP)and life quality were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the decoction group and paste group,the total effective rate of meliorating symptoms and the remarkable rate were respectively 93 .4%,36.7% and 96.6%,33.3%.They were no significant difference(p ＞0.05),but significant different comparing with the control group(p ＜0.05);Resting heart rate of the two groups was all improved,and no significant difference(p ＞0.05),but significant different comparing with the control group(p ＜0.05); there was no difference of MAP improves in three groups(p ＞0.05).Scores of quality of life improved in decoction group and paste group,and were bet
