Method: The project applies the orthogonal design to observe the various factors which have effects on lowering the blood pressure of the hypertension model rats and ACE, ET, NO, tNOS, iNOS, AngII as well, by matching the formula (named removing heat from the liver and enriching Qi, hereafter the formula.) with acupuncturing Zusanli(ST36)， Taichong(LR3) and Taixi(KI3). Results: The best treatment project on the basis of blood pressure change is the formula (named removing heat from the liver and enriching Qi) matching with acupuncturing Taichong(LR3) , Taixi(KI3) and Zusanli(ST36). The best treatment project on the basis of contained NO is the formula matching with acupuncturing Taichong(LR3). On the basis of the vitality of tNOS, the best treatment project is the formula compatible with acupuncturing Taichong(LR3) , Taixi(KI3) and Zusanli(ST36). The best treatment project on the basis of the vitality of iNOS is the formula matching with acupuncturing Taixi(KI3). The best treatment project on the basis of contained ACE is the formula compatible with acupuncturing Zusanli(ST36). The best
