A b str a c t
W ith the deepen ing of the m odern education reform , the phenom enon of teachers
drop-out is destroying C h inas education, and the high schoo l teachers drop-out seem s
particu larly prom inent. S tud ies have show n that, the p sychological links fracture
b etw een schools and teach ers is an im portant reason to the teachers drop-out. W h ile as a
special psychological variab les, organ izational identification is used to characterize the
p sycho logical links b etw een th e indiv iduals and organ izations, and investigate th e
p sycho logical links betw een h igh school teachers an d schoo l organ ization s,
and exp lore the variou s influencing factors and their relation sh ip s, w h ich is an im portant
w ay to solv e th is prob lem of h igh school teach ers drop-out an d
im prove schoo l effectiveness.
T h is research m ain ly u ses the literature analysis and questionnaire analysis of
research m ethods to access to th e current statu s of h igh schoo l teachers organ izational
identification, on th is basis, to actively exp lore the influencing factors of high school
teachers ’ organ izational iden tification, and get the study conclusion s and
recom m endations. T h is study is d iv ided into the follow ing section s:
