万方数据 淮北市农村初中教师职业幸福感现状 及提升路径研究 摘要：目前，国内外对幸福感的研究主要集中在幸福感的理论建构、幸福 感的影响因素及幸福感的测量等方面，而对农村初中教师职业幸福感的现状、影 响因素及提升路径的研究不多。 本文以淮北市农村初中教师为研究对象，一方面通过对农村初中教师职业幸 福感现状进行问卷调查，并与城市初中教师进行比较，了解农村初中教师职业幸 福感水平的现状。基于问卷调查的研究发现，农村初中教师职业幸福感水平并不 高，远远低于城市初中教师。导致农村初中教师职业幸福感水平比较低的原因主 要来自：第一教师自身方面，包括教育观念、心身健康水平、专业化水平、人际 关系状况和收入水平五个方面；第二家庭因素，又包括家庭稳定性和家庭支持度 两个方面；第三学校因素，包括班级人数安排和教育氛围两方面。 另一方面通过分别对农村初中学校管理者及教师进行个案访谈，进一步深入 了解了农村初中教师职业幸福感的影响因素。基于个案访谈的研究发现，影响农 村初中教师职业幸福感的因素有：一是教师的收入水平，有基本工资、绩效工资 和其他福利待遇三方面；二是工作压力；三是学校管理；四是教育主管部门；五 是社会环境；六是其它如学生学习观念方面的因素。 最后，在通过对教师幸福感相关文献的梳理，对农村初中教师进行问卷调查 及个案访谈，了解目前农村初中教师职业幸福感的现状，并与城市初中教师进行 比较，分析影响农村初中教师职业幸福感因素的基础上，本文提出了如下几个方 面的路径来提高淮北市农村初中教师的职业幸福感水平：一是来自教师自身及家 庭层面；二是来自学校层面；三是来自教育主管部门及社会层面。 关键词：农村初中教师；职业幸福感；现状；影响因素；提升路径 万方数据 Research on Professional Well-being and Path of Rural Junior Middle School teachers in Huaibei City Abstract ：At present, the researches have mainly focused on well-being in the well-being theory construction , the factors affecting well-being and well-being of measurement , while the study about status of rural junior high school teacher professional well-being , and promotion of factors is short.
