毕 业 论 文 课题名称 液压挖掘机的液压系统原理设计 系/专 业 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师： 夏建成 2012 年06 月01日摘 要 挖掘机是一种重要的工程机械，广泛应用于房屋建筑、筑路工程、水利建设、农林开发、港口建设、国防工事等的土石方施工和矿山采掘工业中，对减轻繁重的体力劳动、保证工程质量、加快建设速度、提高劳动生产率起着十分巨大的作用。随着国家经济建设的不断发展，单斗挖掘机的需求量将逐年大幅度增长，其在国民经济建设中的作用将越来越显著。 挖掘机液压传动紧密地联系在一起，其发展主要以液压技术的应用为基础。其结构主要是由发动机、液压系统、工作装置、行走装置和电气控制等部分组成（如图所示），由于挖掘机的工作条件恶劣，要求实现的动作很复杂，于是它对液压系统的设计提出了很高的要求，其液压系统也是工程机械液压系统中最为复杂的。因此，对挖掘机液压系统的分析设计已经成为推动挖掘机发展中的重要一环。 这种市场对挖掘机的需求推动了挖掘机的发展，本文以徐工挖掘机为研究对象，说明挖掘机的主要零部件组成，主要分析挖掘机的液压传动系统。 其中重点以液压系统行走系统中的液压行走马达为例，讲述了液压技术在挖掘机工作中的应用，其次对挖掘机工作装置进行工况分析，以此展开液压系统的分析，最后，简述了电器在挖掘机中的应用。 关键词：挖掘机、行走马达、液压系统、电器 Abstract Excavator is a kind of important engineering machinery, widely used in building construction, road construction, water conservancy construction, agricultural development, port construction, defense fortifications and of earth and stone construction and mining industry, to reduce the heavy manual labor, ensure project quality, accelerate construction speed, improve labor productivity plays a very important role.
